Request for Evidence (RFE) from Vermont Service Center (VSC):
We did an inquiry to USCIS and they sent us an email about our case which was on RFE. The actual date they told us they sent a notice to our lawyer was February 23, 2005. It was a devastating news to hear...with all the long waits, only to hear the missing documents which were: Ging's birth certificate, our marriage contract and more financial evidences. We are not so sure what specific evidences were overlooked, but the lawyer took care of them.
Our missing documents might be either a case of being overlooked by our lawyer or just simply lost along the way, but what's the use in blaming somebody else? Damage has been done, and it means, more long waits! aaaggghhh!

Request For Evidence (RFE) from National Visa Center (NVC):
The agony was endless...we received another RFE from NVC through our lawyer. This time it's Craig's 2003 tax returns! We actually submitted his ITR's 2002-2004. Due to the results happening and the delays, Craig started to write letters for asking help from his senator, US representative, including President Bush.
We did a follow-up inquiry with NVC after we sent the needed documents and below was their response via email:
