Panglao Island Tour
We checked out at 8AM, and we were picked up and dropped off at Cebu Seaport. Our tickets were already ready (thank God for print-at-home tickets) so we just went on to take our seats after confirming it at the window. Little did we know that we still need to get a boarding pass in order to board the ship. It was boarding time, and we didn't have the boarding passes!!!....oh no!
We got the boarding passes later but our seats were not together :(. We have been sitting at the port for couple hours and we thought we were all set...Nope! LOL! It was a bit of a "snag" on my part being the head of the group! Well, I am only human..not perfect.
The best thing was that we reached Tagbilaran smoothly and on time. Nobody got lost and nobody was left behind. All present! :))
So we were all like go, go, go! Let's take the next tour!
We still managed to take some photos of the church and a few poses inside. The church was one of those affected by the earthquake that hit Bohol few years back :((.
After exploring the area and eating lunch, we went to the gift shop and bought some gift stuff for home. They have sandwich spreads and honey and other variety goods such as small items for gifts as well!
After exploring the area further, we then went to our hotel to check in for a much deserving rest...(Coco Mango's Place). At first, there was a mixed up about our room, we were moved and swapped!...a bit annoying but no big deal! The van driver didn't leave us until we were all settled in our rooms. It was a good thing he did that because our travel agent has been constantly checking on us. (Thanks JCass Tours & Travel)!
It was night time when we explored the area, and I couldn't appreciate doing night swimming at the beach because it was dark...lights were too far from the beach area which I think could pose danger for night swimmers.
After some walking, we decided to head back to our lodging for a rest. Tomorrow's activity would be another busy day! (unable to take photos at Alona Beach :().
